The RuMa Hotel and Residences

- The location is great, within walking distance to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang & KLCC. - Easy & fast to get taxi because of its location. - The lobby smells really good (because I am very sensitive with smell, I find this very important as it sets my whole day mood) - The room is spacious, very modern with black-out feature. It's got a nice seating area which can be a day bed as well. - The bathroom is amazing: It's got this middle area where I can use as my private space to do my hair & make up, and it even has 2 wash basins, so my husband & I do not have to fight for it 😁 and of course I love the bathtub: I used it every single night to relax with nice view because it's by a window - The housekeeping staff were all nice. The service is amazing.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years due to my job that involves frequent travel, and this hotel is one of the best I’ve experienced. The comfort level is exceptional, the staff is amazing, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend .

Very cosy room that make you relax. The interior and lighting very soothing. Love the room with a proper black out blinds. They refill the minibar everyday which is good

We stayed at Ruma only for couple nights, and the experience was good, we weren’t wowed but we enjoyed our stay On the upside: - The hotel has a pretty unique and nice decor - Location is very good - you can walk anywhere - Staff is generally smiling and well mannered - Room was just right - it was 100% accurate with descriptions and photos but it didn’t have anything that stood out to us - Generally the rooms are very clean - Hotel is relatively unexpensive and up to 5* standard, so it’s a good value for money

Breakfast was good especially the eggs where you get quite a number of choices. The staff was attentive to your needs especially those at the reception and the concierge. Room was clean and well maintained by the housekeeping. Good job to all of you!
