- The location is great, within walking distance to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang & KLCC. - Easy & fast to get taxi because of its location. - The lobby smells really good (because I am very sensitive with smell, I find this very important as it sets my whole day mood) - The room is spacious, very modern with black-out feature. It's got a nice seating area which can be a day bed as well. - The bathroom is amazing: It's got this middle area where I can use as my private space to do my hair & make up, and it even has 2 wash basins, so my husband & I do not have to fight for it 😁 and of course I love the bathtub: I used it every single night to relax with nice view because it's by a window - The housekeeping staff were all nice. The service is amazing.

Good location, lovely designed rooms. Staff friendly, particularly at breakfast service. Excellent selection at breakfast, particularly for vegans who can for example have alternative milks and chickpea omelette, alongside other standard Asian and western breakfast options. Appreciated the refillable glass bottles of water rather than use of plastic. Pool has nice views of the Petronas Towers. Small but good gym.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years due to my job that involves frequent travel, and this hotel is one of the best I’ve experienced. The comfort level is exceptional, the staff is amazing, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend .

My family and I spent the days leading up to Christmas in this hidden luxury oasis in the middle of the city of Kuala Lumpur. Stepping into the beautifully appointed lobby we knew we had made the perfect choice for our family Christmas vacation. A perfect balance between the magic of Christmas for our kids and keeping to the hotel’s interior aesthetic makes this a perfect choice for families as well as an adults only vacation. The welcome and attention for the duration of our stay from the entire RuMa team was a highlight. The spacious rooms are beautiful and provide all the amenities expected in a luxury stay. Breakfast was a delicious spread of traditional Malaysian fare as well as hot and cold breakfast options which were all delicious. While we spent our mornings exploring the city, with so many attractions within walking distance from the hotel, the afternoons were reserved for lounging at the beautiful hotel pool suspended amongst the surrounding buildings. I would recommend the RuMa to anyone looking for a luxury stay in KL and we will certainly be retuning here.

I had an amazing stay at The Ruma Hotel. The location is perfect—central yet peaceful, offering easy access to the city while still feeling like a retreat. The design is stunning, with a modern yet welcoming atmosphere that feels effortlessly luxurious. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for unwinding. My room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful details that made my stay even more enjoyable. The free minibar was a great touch, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. A special shoutout to Joshua at the concierge—he was a star and truly made my stay exceptional.

Lovely, calm spacious hotel in the centre of KL, very close to the Twin Towers. A real treat as the last leg of a longer trip. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious with brilliant shower. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want and was all delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, concierge sorted our towers tickets for us very efficiently. Beautiful pool and lounging area open to the sky, great place to chill out after hectic travel schedule.
